Overview
At Euphony Coaching ("we," "our," or "us"), we take the privacy and protection of personal information very seriously. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes our practices for using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing personal information.

2. Use of Your Information
We use the information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any personal information, to provide our services, to fulfill the purpose for which you provided the information, to maintain the quality of the service, and to provide general statistics (which include no personal information) regarding use and success of Euphony Coaching.
3. Sharing of Your Information
The student materials are securely stored within a designated Google doc folder. Access to this folder is strictly limited to authorized individuals, including the student, the parents (if granted access with the student's consent), myself, and any appointed writing coach responsible for the student's materials. It is important to emphasize that no student materials, including essays, transcripts, questionnaires, writing exercises, or any related content, will be disclosed to any external parties unrelated to Euphony Coaching, but they may be used for internal training purposes. As an additional measure, all writing coaches affiliated with Euphony Coaching have undergone a stringent vetting process and have signed comprehensive non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), strictly prohibiting them from sharing any materials with external entities or individuals. We do not sell, trade, or rent users' personal information to others.
4. Exceptions to Information Sharing
Notwithstanding the above, we may share your personal data with third parties only in the following cases:
a. To comply with a legal obligation or to protect and defend the rights or property of Euphony Coaching.
b. For the purpose of a dispute involving a transaction made through a credit card or PayPal. This will be limited to the necessary parties involved in the dispute such as credit card companies, PayPal, and potentially law enforcement.
5. Security of Your Information
We adopt appropriate data storage, processing practices, and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal information.
6. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this privacy policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page.
